LoanFight provides educational information and helps users identify financing paths and lending partners that may be worth reviewing. LoanFight is not a direct lender and does not itself approve, fund, underwrite, or set final terms for loans.
No approval or rate guarantee
Program matches, examples, estimated payments, guideline tables, and comparison results are informational only. They are not a loan approval, commitment, locked rate, disclosure of final terms, or guarantee that a particular lender will offer a particular structure.
Changing guidelines
Lending programs, rates, fees, eligibility standards, overlays, loan limits and documentation requirements change frequently and vary by lender, state, property and complete underwriting.
Calculators
Calculators are estimates and may omit items such as mortgage insurance, association dues, escrows, prepaid interest, closing costs, lender credits, tax adjustments or other charges. Actual disclosures from a lender control.
Loan Estimate review
Uploading a Loan Estimate authorizes LoanFight to review the submitted offer and contact you about potential financing alternatives. A review does not guarantee that another lender can improve the rate, fees, cash to close, approval terms, timing, or overall economics of the existing offer.
Third parties
LoanFight may introduce users to independent lending partners, real estate professionals, or other third parties. Those parties are responsible for their own licensing, disclosures, services, decisions and agreements.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, upload malicious files, upload documents you are not authorized to share, attempt to interfere with website operation, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
LoanFight™, its branding, original website content, educational materials, design elements and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by use of the site.
